1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual is permitted only one (1) account on the 7pub platform. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to a single individual through IP address analysis, payment method matching, device fingerprinting, or other verification methods, all accounts will be suspended and funds/winnings forfeited.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from registering for or using a 7pub account:

• Persons under the age of 21 years
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of 7pub or its affiliated companies
• Employees or affiliates of game providers whose games are offered on the Platform
• Persons who have previously been banned or self-excluded from 7pub

3.2 Unauthorized Access and Compromised Accounts

While we will investigate suspected unauthorized access in good faith, you remain liable for all activity on your account until you notify us of the compromise.

7pub is not responsible for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security, your sharing of credentials with third parties, your use of weak passwords, or your access of the Platform on insecure networks or devices. You agree to indemnify 7pub for any claims, losses, or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your security negligence.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your email address, phone number, residential address, or any other account information changes, you must update your 7pub account settings immediately. We rely on your registered contact information for account verification, security notifications, withdrawal processing, and important communications regarding your account.

Failure to maintain current contact information may delay withdrawals, prevent receipt of important security alerts, or result in lost bonuses or promotional communications. 7pub is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your failure to update account information in a timely manner.

4. Deposits and Payments

You may not withdraw funds if you have active bonus balance or pending wagering requirements unless you choose to forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds convert to real withdrawable balance. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

7.3 Disconnections During Gameplay

If your internet connection is lost or your session disconnects during active gameplay, the game round continues to completion based on your last action. For slots, the spin completes and results are stored in your game history. For table games, standard house rules apply to incomplete hands. You can view disconnected game outcomes in your account history after reconnecting.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.3 Unfair Gaming Practices

You may not use external devices, software, or strategies that give you an unfair advantage over the house or other players. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Our Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

7pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without providing specific reasons, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected on the account
• Failure to complete account verification when requested

In cases of account closure for reasons other than fraud or Terms violations, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks. Accounts closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or serious Terms violations forfeit all balances including deposits and winnings.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any remaining real balance according to standard withdrawal procedures. 9.3 Dormant and Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. 7pub reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱200 or 2% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. Dormancy fees will be deducted monthly until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. You can avoid dormancy fees by logging in at least once within any 12-month period.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 7pub platform and all games, services, and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 7pub, its owners, operators, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of 7pub shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to the Platform in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

10.3 Force Majeure

7pub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, internet service provider failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.

11. Changes to Terms

7pub reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
